It's completely opposite to what I want in my heart most days, but the slow road - the slow simmer? - seems to be the only path toward tenderness. I’m not entirely sure how people realize their anger, if not through parenting. Some really good things to chew on for me: not a problem to solved but suffered through and being more precise with my anger. Thank you for your vulnerable words.
